Myles Turner sent upset fan one cent, turned it into Texas fundraiser

Myles Turner’s performance in the Indiana Pacers’ 120-112 overtime loss Monday to the Chicago Bulls was not up to his usual standards this season: 2-of-10 shooting, including 1-of-6 on 3-pointers, 11 points, six rebounds, six blocks and five fouls.

One fan was apparently so upset with Turner’s play, he sent Turner a Venmo request for $100.

In response, Turner sent the fan one cent, saying, “Here’s a penny for your thoughts”

The person was unhappy with Turner’s response and tweeted a screenshot of the Venmo payment. The Pacers center continued to roast the fan, responding, “don’t dish it out if you can’t take it.”
