Conley left the top-seeded Jazz’s series-ending Game 5 win over the Memphis Grizzlies in the second quarter after experiencing right hamstring soreness. He did not return to Wednesday’s game.
Conley, 33, an All-Star for the first time this season, has dealt with hamstring issues on multiple occasions during his two seasons in Utah. Most recently, he was sidelined for nine games in late April and May due to tightness in his right hamstring.
Conley averaged 17.4 points and 8.6 assists per game in the first round against the Grizzlies, his former team. He averaged 16.2 points and 6.0 assists per game during the regular season, when Conley ranked second in the NBA in overall plus-minus behind only teammate Rudy Gobert.
